Above is the friendly caravan of travellers... on our way home from Ugakjualik. In the foreground is a qamutiq, nicely padded (the blue part) in the front upon which passengers sit. Perhaps not the most comfortable way to travel (it's pretty bumpy back there), but you really feel like you're a part of the surrounding environment, instead of just passing by it.
